Education Program
By studying the CARE Educational Program and meeting all the criteria, an individual can attain credentials as an Ordained Minister, CARE National Teacher, Associate Minister, Credentialed Medium and Credentialed Spiritual Healer.

Healer

Associate Minister
- Required Reading

- Counseling Course(s)- an accredited course, e.g. community college, etc.
- Preparation for Ministry - Services for Christening, Marriage, Funeral/Memorial with commital / burial / graveside
- Volunteer Work with people and verification of such. (At least 4 hrs/month for 6 months)
- Proof of Church Services at own Church, and others, as Speaker and as Conductor (10)
Ordination
- Required Reading
- Recommended Reading
- CARE General Education Course
- Written and Oral Tests (Questions and Essays)(Not required if Associate Minister Credential was originally earned through CARE)
- Thesis
- Additional Volunteer work with people in a CARE approved program which offers training and progress reports, such as Hospice, Mentoring, etc. A journal of your experience is also required
CST - Congregational Spiritualist Teacher
- Required Reading

- CARE General Education Course
- Written Test (Questions and Essays)
- Oral Tests; Thesis
- Lesson Plans - teach a 6-8 week course on assigned topic
The CARE General Education Course need only be taken once.
The CARE Board may accept transfer credentials from other associations, please contact to discuss your individual situation.
